Galaxy S6 features
The most striking thing about the Galaxy S6 is its design. A glass and aluminium body give it a sleek and slender feel, while the Snapdragon 810-like octa-core processor and QHD display make sure it delivers on the inside and out. As had previously been reported, the Galaxy S6 will come with a redesigned version of TouchWiz, with less pre-installed apps, and will not have expandable storage via micro-SD card. It's also worth noting that neither the Galaxy S6, nor S6 Edge, will be water-resistant, as had been speculated.
Samsung's new mobile payment system "Samsung Pay" is also expected to play a big part in the Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge, featuring NFC capabilities in conjunction with Samsung's own software for future wireless payments. It will be launching in the US in the second half of the year.
The Galaxy S6 features impressive wireless charging capabilities. It will work with any wireless pad available on the market that supports WPC and PMA standards. The S6 also supports fast wired charging, charging about 50 percent faster as the Galaxy S5, providing about four hours of use after only 10 minutes of charging.
Galaxy S6 price
The Galaxy S6 price will be set at 699 euros for the 32 GB variant, 799 for the 64 GB version, and 899 for the top-end 128 GB model. As far as US pricing is concerned, we expect somewhere in the region of 649 USD off-contract for the 32 GB version, 749 for 64 GB, and 849 for the 849 GB model.

Galaxy S6 release date
The Galaxy S6 (and S6 Edge) will be available from April 10 around the world in Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum and White Pearl color options.

Galaxy S6 camera
Samsung has improved its camera technology since the Galaxy S5, and while the Galaxy S6 doesn't reach 20 MP resolution like on the HTC One M9 or Sony Xperia Z3, its low-light capabilities look extremely impressive. Additionally, Samsung's new “Quick Launch” feature launches the camera app in under a second, simply by double tapping the home key button.
